Cordage Capabilities

Yarn Doubling
Yarn doubling allows us combine yarns up to 6000 denier prior to twisting while metering package length
Ring Twisting
From 6" to 10" From 195 denier to 10000 denier From Polyester to Aramids. We have the twisting platforms to meet your needs.
Two for One Twisting and Cabling
For large denier cords we use special cabler two for one twisters allowing use to process up to 110,000 denier.

Standard package put up is on a 2" or 3" id by 10" traverse. Package weights range from 8lbs to 28lbs per spool.
